Hello Fellow GEMS and Cadet Leaders
The GEMS and Cadet Board just wanted to remind you about the combined conference being held in Hobart Tasmania at the ‘Blue Lagoon’ (http://www.bluelagoon.org.au/html/location.html) from June the 6th – June the 9th 2014. We would love to have as many of you as possible come to the conference. Not only will it give you a chance to have your say in how the GEMS and Cadets program is going in Australia, but you will meet people with a passion for children’s ministry, be able to talk about issues or compare the way other clubs do things, and just have a great time meeting new friends and catching up with old ones.

If you are planning on attending I would suggest you look at booking airfares ASAP to get some good deals. The board will make available some funds to assist as many clubs as possible to have a representative at the conference, but we encourage you to ask your church to fund attendance first.
Please prayerfully consider attending the conference as it is a very import activity for the GEMS and Cadets of Australia.
